Our Mission
Our mission is to provide financial support to a student with a passion for serving others through teaching, learning, and reading as well as to provide an opportunity to help spread the gift of literacy.
Our History
Education is the gift that lasts a lifetime, and with the annual awarding of the Dr. Angela Bonner Memorial Scholarship to a deserving student(s) some financial worries may be eliminated in their quest to earning a college education. To honor and recognize Dr. McNulty’s devotion to literacy and her lifetime commitment to Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. , a collegiate student who is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. who is majoring in either Education, Pharmacy and/or Health Sciences at the University of Louisiana at Monroe will be awarded the Dr. Angela Bonner McNulty Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship will be based upon academic excellence and financial need.
